An English Georgian twin fusee bracket/table clock. An arched top mahogany case with single pad and carrying handle. Fishscale side sound fretwork. Brass ogee bracket feet and pull repeat cord to the side. An opening front door with strike/silent lever behind. A cast brass bezel with convex glass. An 8-day duration double fusee mechanism striking the hours on a bell signed "Desbois & Wheeler, Grays Inn Passage".
